Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT) is a minimally invasive laser treatment used to help lower eye pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

By improving the eye’s natural drainage system, SLT can help reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) and protect the optic nerve from further glaucoma-related damage.

How Does SLT Work?

SLT uses low-energy laser pulses to selectively target the trabecular meshwork, the eye’s natural drainage tissue.
